I know that is has been quite some time since I have posted anything, so bear with me. Let me start with Red Edge #4.
There have been quite a few questions concerning this arbitration ruling. The Arbitrator ruled in favor of the Union. The Company has their interpretation of what exactly that means. The Company and the Union have been in discussions about the ruling and implementation of the award. I don't think we are seeing eye to eye on a couple of the key issues and there is a chance that the arbitrator may be asked to provide guidance in these areas.
We also had the ruling on the payroll deduct for the employees clubhouses. The Company chose to stop taking out clubhouse dues monies via payroll deduct. The arbitrator ruled that they were in violation by not taking out dues and ordered them to restart the payroll deduct within 90 days.
