I wanted to pass along some good news concerning the current call-out process. The System Committee and the Company have been discussing the current process for the last several months. The parties have finally agreed to some modifications concerning code 12's.
Employees will now be given credit for accepting code 12's on their day off. This does not apply to scheduled work days. Additionally,if an employee declines to work a code 12 on their day off, they will be given a decline. The response to code 12's will be applied to employee's call out percentage.
